Ladies at the front desk like Dianelle never greet you with a smile and always seem pissed off at having to help you. Not a open and friendly staff in the front. The nurses and doctors are lovely though. Sadly you wouldn't know this by calling them or talking to the front desk personnel.
The person I spoke to over the phone today,it was either a nurse or receptionist I don't know--but they got so rude with me I had to hang up because I was so close to breaking down and crying.
Was good years ago but went down the drain.
Love my Dr and the nurses.
I've also been having back and knee troubles and basically was told to take an Asprin and when I called back no one notified my doctor about my issues with taking Asprin and asking if he knew something better.
They treated the fact they had to look into things for me as a chore and blew me off and told me to basically get better health insurance when I can barely afford to put gas in my car even while im currently employed.
They were very dismissive about my Transgender issues and the entire situation made me uncomfortable.
